Deluge is a lightweight BitTorrent client designed to be unobtrusive, leaving much of its functionality to available plugins (such as RSS and scheduler). The program includes encryption, DHT, Local Peer Discovery, ┬ÁTorrent Peer Exchange, UPnP and NAT-PMP, proxy support, web seed, private torrents, speed limits, bandwidth scheduler, and more. The interface can be password-protected.

Cross-platform with clients available for Linux, OS X, and Unix. The program allows multiple user-interfaces including GTK+, Web, and console, with available password protection. Utilizes a libtorrent backend.

How to extract:
  1. Download the installer and extract to a folder of your choice
  2. If present, move the files and folders inside $_OUTDIR to the main folder (where deluge.exe is located)
  3. Launch deluge.exe -c data

Optionally, delete the $PLUGINSDIR folder.
