FlicFlac is an utility for converting WAV, FLAC, MP3, OGG and APE files to any of the other formats. The program supports the drag-and-drop of files onto the FlicFlac interface to whatever format is selected (e.g. "to WAV"). Files are saved by default to the same directory as the source file.
More advanced configuration available by editing the FlicFlac.ini file.

For me the old icon was far better, but beside the icon the "Readme" was also changed (from TXT to MD- a huge improvement), and yes- the license is also new. So I chose to stick to version 1.02.
