QIcon Changer is a very tiny tool that allow you to patch the icon of any kind of Windows application (.exe and .scr), it will overwrite the previous icon resource with the new one you chose.
It is very fast and easy to use, just drag an icon file (.ico) from your desktop then drop to the application layer then do the same process with your target application, drag an executable from your desktop then drop in the application layer then you can apply the modification and enjoy your new application icon.
Note: if the target application is compressed / packed it will not be able to patch the icon because most packer will make resource format invalid.
