Oolauncher gives you greater control over programs that are automatically started after Windows finishes loading. By spacing out the launching of each application, the system could potentially feel faster and smoother during startup, as opposed to all the applications trying to launch simultaneously.
The program automatically imports current auto-start applications from registry/start folders and starts them one by one. It lets you specify the order, priority, window show style for each application in the list. It also gives you a "Restore" button in case you need to restore certain application back to their original location.
Note: Some users have expressed issues with the program. Main site no longer links to the file -- using Softpedia mirror (thanks midas).

v1.0.0.6
NO NO NO NO NO!!! Should've read the comments more carefully. Now I have to manually rebuild my startup folder and registry entries. This one is kind of dangerous! Either allow it full control, or stay away from it.

gms: a user over at FWG appears to have had a restore problem. can you post in forums what exactly happened?
V1.0.0
I tried it, if I hadn't backed up my registry first I would have been in trouble. It didn't restore what it said it would restore.
V1.0.0
Some time ago I looked for such program,
but eventually I ended up with only my own AUTORUN.BAT in HKCU\...\Run.
And inside that BAT file I do what I want:
@ECHO OFF
REM wait 5 sec
PING 127.0.0.1 -n 5 > NUL
START C:\Programs\Totalcmd\ProcessExplorer\procexp.exe
etc.
