SecondShell provides keyboard and mouse based controls to resize and reposition application windows. It is particularly useful for laptops and netbooks, where precision cursor control is difficult. It also provides the ability to launch files, folders and applications via hotkey.

Using the numpad was an obvious setting for me, but that's why all the hotkeys are configurable in the single .ini file to set to your needs.

The video describing how to resize windows according to standard screensizes (useful for development of applications for specific screen sizes) doesn't correspond to how the program actually behaves in WinXP.
Also, another program that assumes I have a numpad and no simple way to switch it over to something else.
