WinPrefetchView is a small utility that reads the Prefetch files stored in your system and display the information stored in them. A Prefetch file contains information about the files loaded every time you launch an application. It is created by Windows and is used for optimizing the loading time of the application in the next time that you run it. By looking in these files, you can learn which files every application is using, and which files are loaded on Windows boot.

Like everything else that Nir Sofer writes, it's great. No fancy interface, no install/uninstall, no cluttering of the registry, etc., etc. It simply does what it says it will do. Period.
Why not just C:\WINDOWS\Prefetch
