SE-TrayMenu provides quick access to most frequently used applications and system commands via a customizable popup menu. Add frequently used elements to your system tray including applications, installed programs, and links using drag and drop. Completely customizable view with lots of pre-defined layouts and color schemes, as well as global hotkeys.

Note: program development stopped.

I keep getting an error message saying "SE-Tray Menu couldn't save settings to a file". This also happened on the previous version (2 weeks ago - this is NOT a New program) and wrote to the author. Naturally I received no answer. The program is thus unusable.
