I added Tablacus Explorer to the database, please vote.
If you think that the screen-shot I attached is improper or misleading (I have installed several plug-ins that extend program's functionality), please tell me to change it or do it yourself.

@I am Baas

Thanks for your vote! Tablacus Explorer is a good alternative to Q-Dir.

Do you know what does this button do (it looks like a tag button) and which plug-in enables it?

I am still learning Tablacus Explorer, it is not extremely easy to customize, however with the help of plug-ins it can become very flexible. For example Everything can be nicely integrated into Tablacus Explorer.

That white button is the label function. It is used to add, remove or edit custom tags for files & folders, either individually or by batch. Screenshot below:
TablacusExplorerAddon-Label&LabelButton-12Jan17.png
To display the white button at Tablacus Explorer's toolbar, install add-on (1), followed by add-on (2) -- see below. To view the label attribute for files/folders, tick 'Label' for the column view.
  • 1) Label v1.14 (07 Aug 2016)
  • Adds tagging function, access via context menu (access location can be configured via add-on's options)
  • 2) Label Button v1.04 (01 Feb 2016)
  • Displays Label button at toolbar
  • Prerequisite: Label add-on (see 1)
Issue: I found that if you move or copy the already "labelled" items to another location (eg. between 2 folders on the same partition, or between partitions on same drive), they lose their respective labels. However, the custom labels previously added to Tablacus Explorer's label pool still exist. So you can re-add the same labels again, but it's very troublesome.

There is also the following related add-on, which I suppose adds a secondary label to categorize primary labels into groups. But I haven't really explored how it functions. Seems that it is only accessible via the add-on's options.
  • 3) Label Groups v1.01 (18 Dec 2015)
  • Description: "Group management of the label"
  • Prerequisite: Label add-on (see 1)
