Clarification needed

Hi. Could any explain me what is the meaning of " Private " label on certain apps and why they are not "directly" in database? Thanks.

It used to be [@] but this showed everything so it was hard to see the new applications in the DB. [#] is a lot easier these days. Plus you can use [@] NEWAPP to find an app you have added to the DB.
