ATM, I'm having trouble accessing Dism++ original homepage (www.chuyu.me)...
There's a Github page at https://github.com/Chuyu-Team/Dism-Multi-language/, with Dism++ v10.1.1002.1 released 2021-08-29 (and although the site title mentions multi-language, changes are in Chinese only).

Dism++ rel. 10.1.1002.2 has been released at March 26, 2023 but, as the author writes on the download page:

Important Note: This update is only based on Dism++ 10.1.1002.1 to solve some problems with cleaning rules! ! ! Don't be too surprised.
Due to being obsessed with UI library development, Dism++ will not have heavyweight updates for the time being. Related new features and bug fixes are planned to be resolved in the future.
You can use ImTranslator and select destination language to english.
