FreeFile 1.2 works with folders, but it uses .NET so it does not qualify as portable under the criteria used by Andrew. It is, however, useful if you are using a machine with .NET running. FreeFile is also small, only 56kb uncompressed.

I think (just my opinion) that the gold standard unlocking program for files and folders is Unlocker 1.85, but sadly it is definitely not portable. (See
http://ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker/ for more info.)
So as of now, I think DelAny is the only truly portable file unlocker that I have found. It is a shame it doesn't work with folders, but it is still useful in some circumstances and doesn't take up much room on a USB stick.
