If a program has no website of its own, and is hosted on a site such as mediafire, can it be listed here? :?

I am mostly looking to hear from those who run the site, which pretty much means Andrew, I guess. :D

I was going to suggest drop.io, but have a look at this: http://drop.io/future.htm

Yes, that is an Andrew question. However, as with the thread Baas posted, its not difficult for me to make you one.

(Shame about drop.io, guinness.)

Note: Topic moved to Site Matters - Suggestions/Discussions

@dmg: Personally, my own preference is "no", unless there is really no other alternatives (like jauntepe).

But with the current system, I will leave it to ranked users to decide. If they feel the app is interesting enough to become public even though it does not have a home page and is hosted on mediafire (or equivalent sites), I am all behind it.
