Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

I can certainly see why. Outlook's ubiquity in commercial organizations makes a program like this very attractive to sell. Still, I have to say I hope Nirsoft doesn't change all its licenses that direction.
