ControlPad
turns the numeric keypad on your keyboard to a Windows command execution system.

File Blender
is an extensible and customizable file conversion and processing tool.

Gridy
adds an invisible grid to Windows, so that any window you move or resize is snapped to it.

FlicFlac
is a simple utility for converting WAV, FLAC, MP3 and OGG files to any of the other formats.

Wallpaper Randomizer
is a small system tray wallpaper changer

FaxTool
is a simple freeware utility for splitting and joining (merging) TIFF and PDF files. Simply drag your files onto the interface to split or join.

MorseRabbit
is a small utility designed to help you learn to tap and understand Morse Code.

RPG
is a utility that generates random tracks for Renoise, based on a user defined set of parameters.

From the entry:
You may drag files onto the FlicFlac interface, or convert files directly from the right click menu in Windows Explorer.
I strongly suspect the right-click conversion isn't actually portable.
