A wonderfully simple FTP program that went GPL. A great program to send to friends as a packaged FTP tool (or just configure it the way you want and send them the DropUpLoad.prefs file.)

Program is at 1.83, but I didn't update the entry as it crashed on my WinXP SP3 system.

"Then select a server, and drop your file in the central rectangle."

Seems overly complicated.
