One option is to install standard Universal Extractor locally (with context menu integration enabled) and then extract Lupo73's unofficial version over it.

I just put a shortcut for UniExtract.exe in my SendTo folder.

KuShellExtension has a pre-configured entry for Universal Extractor.
All you have to do is specify the path to the executable and optionally hide the entries you don't need.

The result looks like this:
