This is a pop up style LAN Messenger for multi platforms.
It is based on TCP/IP(UDP).
It does not require server machine.
Simple, lightweight, and compact size.
easiest way to transfer files on the network that i have found

I don't see any way to save settings in the application folder. This registry entry is where the settings are saved: \\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\HSTools\IPMsgEng. There are command line arguments but not one listed for this problem. That doesn't mean it is not there as the readme is a bit sketchy.
