I don't think SUPER has ever been portable in the slightest sense.

Though still in development, Nathan9222 from portableapps.com has created a portable launcher for SUPER. You can find it here -

Enjoy : )

I have removed SUPER from the database after reviewing the comments and the current non-portable status of the app.

If anyone still cares about this app, version 2014.63 has just been released. The installer offers to change your browser's homepage and some other apps... didn't stay long enough to find out if those are bundled or need to be downloaded. I used JPE to create a "portable installation" and it works fine (couldn't make it work using the extracted files and the "standard" JPE launcher).
