I know someone's going to suggest it because updates show up on the site often for it but this one is REAL low priority:
The release notes explain why: MINOR documentation improvements.

Not a big reason to update.

"Which program is this? Where is it on PortableFreeware?"
Version .7.4

Version .7.5

Audiobook Cutter - wait until the next version
maybe there won't be another open source version
It looks to me as if 0.7.5 might be the last GPL version.
The Sourceforge site has a link to a new website, where they're offering version 1.0 in free and pro versions (20 Euros!). They say that slicing is faster and more precise in the new version.
However, the free version 1.0 nags you to buy the pro version at both startup and exit - not just with a popup message, but with one you have to click "OK" on. Not only that, it no longer lets you customize the filename prefix. It transfers ID3 tags automatically, but only the pro version lets you adjust tagging.
I suppose it's not impossible that they'll continue to develop the GPL version, but I doubt it.
Here's a direct link to the 1.0 version if you want to take a look:

and to the new website:

last GPL
> last GPL version
... a real shame
