@ Napiophelios:
For descriptions you can use the links given to you by the TPFC-database.
But this time ... especially for you:
3.77 Mar 15th 2009
New:
Printing for Details, Thumbnail, List, ... - View
For favorites and Q-Dir start, remember the last active window, (Focus).
Update the language files and optimization.
Bugs:
Occasional problems with "*.qdr" files removed. Please register again.
Updated with F5 in the directory structure.
Positioning at start of Q-Dir especially x64 OS.

The database entry's version info is out of date but not the link...that's all I was saying.
I am not really sure how you meant that post to be come across;
maybe you think I was trying to be a wise guy,I dont know,
but I certainly didnt ask you do any thing especially for me.
If I tell you the link is good then I have obviously downloaded it and dont really need your two cents wrapped up in a snide remark.
Besides the update was released May 15 not March 15
PS: If you were just trying to be funny and I missed it
well I am sorry for calling you a dickhead on a public forum

Pardon me for butting in - I hope I'm helping to clear this up
Napiophelos, I almost responded to your previous post to say that Checker is fully aware that the link on the TPFC page still works. The update posts serve two purposes, even when the download link hasn't changed:
1. keep the database up-to-date
2. let forum-watchers know there's a new version to download
It's surprising that you would suddenly point such a thing out - Checker posts similar update notifications all the time, probably 10-20 per week. For most of these, the only change required to the database is the version number. Since you've been pretty active here for awhile, it seems like you would be aware of this, in which case your response might be taken to be snidely questioning the purpose of all of those posts. The "razz" symbol may also have contributed to Checker's misunderstanding of your intent - that one might mean different things in different situations.
I would say that Checker overreacted first, and should have asked what you meant, rather than assuming you wanted more info and being slightly rude about it. But there's no need for such animosity about a simple little misunderstanding.
Cheers.

Dude I know what the point of the update section is all about.
1.) it has been my experience that the download links often change with version updates. (..some dont even exist anymore)
2.)I wasnt "suddenly" pointing things out as much as making a mention of:
"hey..check it out..the freakin old link still works"
3.)And I wasnt even really addressing him in particular..just sharing a thought....
Didnt know I wasnt supposed to comment in the update section
But dont worry I will go back to the JauntePE desert part of the forum. I find the isolation is soothing.
When you make mistake there no one tells you
and you have to find out on your own that despite 100 downloadas the damn configuration is botched..ah screw it.
I'll leave you kids alone.

Sorry for this misunderstanding.
I didn't want to be rude ... I'm a nice guy, believe me
But I understood this ...
I apologize if I offended you ... this was not my intention
@ ashghost: Thank you, for helping to clear this up
