DOMercury - A free and extensible application launcher

#1 Post by odiernod »

DOMercury (http://www.odierno.com/domercury)
is an application Launcher for Windows that goes much beyond application launching. You can browse the file system, search the web, send email, zip and Grep files, manipulate windows, manage todo lists and much more.

The software is available in both Portable and installer versions, has many demonstration videos available, is well documented, and includes a plugin interface for developers.

Great Software, but requires .NET Framework 2.0.

Correct, it does require .NET 2.0.

I didn't know if this was an issue or not.
Most Pcs with XP nowadays have the .NET Framework 2.0 already installed, and Vista has it installed natively. In fact, I have been on an XP machine which did not have .NET 2.0 on it in a few years.

Definitely not portable. Good app nonetheless.
