Is it really freeware as I see a "buy" button on the website?

Don't think the system requirement was specified on the website, but when I tried to run it, I found out it is dependent on the Vulkan API, which means if you need to be running a newish GPU in order to use this program.

Yes, it requires Vulkan API which is now 8 years old and supported by video cards from NVidia, AMD and even Intel. If anyone wants to use AI programs today then there is only 2 options really:
- "newish" (like you said) video card
- pay for a server somewhere to do the actual computing for you
That's why many AI programs are pay-per-use or require monthly payments.

You are right that information about Vulkan API should be mentioned somewhere on the website. Thank you for pointing that ouy!
