It is an interesting program in the sense that its footprint (file size) is smaller than similar ISO tools.
But ....
1 - It is an "old" app released in 2003. May be it is NOT a problem and as of this writing, I don't know.
2 - IMO the portability of "Virtual CDRom Control Panel" is debatable since its driver must be copied to the "C:\Windows\System32\drivers" folder and that folder won't be accessible on a computer at a public library.
3 - I am not sure "Virtual CDRom Control Panel" can work on our modern systems such as Windows 10 in my case.
I am getting an error, and frankly I don't have the time to deal with it. It could be my settings, or it could be that "Virtual CDRom Control Panel" cannot run on Windows10.
