Web Page: http://guerilla.bplaced.net/x86WinSoft.html
App Name: elGUI4FFmpeg

From the author's web site:

Genre: Windows Application
OS: Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10
Author: el Comandante
Release: 22 May 2017
License: Freeware
Version: 2021.097 - Year.Day

Information:
This program was designed for easy tasks, to concat, convert and trim the stream records of my DVB-Receiver. Focused to mpeg2video, mp4 and hevc. Other codecs, other container, subtitles are supported but not tested intensive. Always check the FFmpeg messages in the log window for errors, FFmpeg reports what went wrong. Keep in mind that this application is an experimental limited GUI for FFmpeg and not a point and click solution! It's up to you to check out the features of this application, i.e. you can extract the audio stream from a video file and save it as a mp3 file.

Updates:
2021.097: Static 64 Bit ffmpeg.exe, ffprobe.exe and ffplay.exe included. If you use a 32 Bit OS you must fetch a 32 Bit version of ffmpeg elsewhere. FFmpeg homepage / download link updated. Information updated. Fixed - Cancel Job always hard terminating ffmpeg process, file fragment not playable. Concat - Wildcard added in the File Open Dialog while adding files ( i.e. for Xoro DVB Receiver ).

Instructions:
Extract / Copy elGUI4FFmpeg to a folder you own full access.
Network folders not tested.
Doubleclick elGUI4FFmpeg.exe to start the application.
Read the information inside the program.

Known Issues:
The output filename should not contain the dot character (Wrong: File.name.mp4 - Correct: Filename.mp4)!
