Neatpad

I have found a lightweight text editor on Github and have forked its repository. You can view my fork at https://github.com/Zero3K/neatpad. It has some features such as the ability to view line numbers. You can see a screenshot of it at http://www.catch22.net/tuts/neatpad/uni ... processing. The only thing that isn't portable about it is that it saves its settings to the registry at HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Catch22.

I just learned that it doesn't have the ability to save. I hope someone can add that soon.
