Merge a large number of files, documents and images into a single PDF file with the new "Multi PDF Merger". A large number of document types is supported, such as Microsoft Office, images text files and PDF and PostScript documents.

There is a number of online services for PDF merging, however, as far as we can tell, all of them are restricted in multiple ways (unless the user decides to pay for the service). So we thought that it's time to offer a powerful PDF merging tool for free!

Version: 1.11
Release Date: 9 March 2020
Requirements: Windows 7 or newer, .NET Framework 4.x, GhostScript 9.x.

I had a batch tool available to just move DOC files to PDF, being able to convert and combine is huge.

The requirement of MS Office for those file types isn't ideal, but there's still quite a bit of functionality here. The way I'm reading that, it looks like it requires MS Office for LibreOffice/Openoffice files -- is that accurate? If so, I'd be concerned about their viewer function, since MS Office is generally bad at reading LibreOffice files.

Usage notes: the program doesn't arrange the images I put together the way I'd prefer, so some users may want to use LibreOffice Impress. I created a separate post for that process.

Requirements

While the MS Office tools are optional, it definitely requires Ghostscript installation -- https://www.ghostscript.com/ -- I was unable to figure out a way to make it work with GhostScript portable: https://portableapps.com/apps/utilities ... t_portable
