Encrypt Care (file and text encryption)

Encrypt Care (http://www.glorylogic.com/encrypt-care.html) -- by the same maker of PDF Shaper (viewtopic.php?t=20962) and ISO Workshop (viewtopic.php?t=8818) -- is a simple and straightforward file and text encryption tool with hashing included.
I haven't tested Encrypt Care extensively but it is apparently well suited for its purpose. Sadly, it isn't natively portable as it saves its settings to '%APPDATA%\Glorylogic\Encrypt Care'...
Encrypt Care latest release (currently v2.2) cand be downloaded from http://www.glorylogic.com/download.html.
In case you wish to portabilize Encrypt Care with a yaP launcher, here's the content for a configuration file:
