Free Video Compressor (DotNET media file utility)

Free Video Compressor (FVC; http://freevideocompressor.com/) is just a basic DotNET (v4.0) GUI for ffmpeg that might still be handy for a quick shearing of video file size. As its installer can be easily (Uni)extracted and FVC seems not to save settings anywhere, here it is for community's consideration.
