Haven't tested this extensively but it's another open IRC client with a portable version and some interesting plugins:

Right now this only lists hard links for profile but there might be a way to use relative links.

- Extract to a folder of your choice (not in Program Files)
- Launch icechat2009.exe -profile "C:\path\to\folder"
