Couldn't find the Add an Entry Button

Hi, I'd like to share a freeware but found no Add an Entry button in accordance the submission guide published in this section? Could anyone help?

Should be at the top of the front page under the Search bar. Please note that you may want to post to the forums about a program before adding it to the database, since that helps
get votes.

Thanks for your reply. I was confused by the entry adding and forum presentation of the entry then. Now it's quite clear and I'v accomplished my very first entry adding and have posted the link into this forum to attract more likes with the wish to make it visible on the main site. Thanks again.
