The Portable Freeware Collection Forums

In the header of the main site (but not the forum), there is a link labeled "Links", which points to http://www.portablefreeware.com/resources.php which has a list of links to useful information around the web. Unfortunately, some of these links have been affected by "link rot" (ooh, that horrible disease).

I'd like to see these links fixed.
