Not sure what category it would fit into (I guess since it doesn't actually edit anything, it isn't an Editor). I use it to go through (very) large log files and other large files that notepad or other editors choke on.

How to extract: Download the ZIP package and extract to a folder of your choice. Launch the program by double-clicking on LTFViewr4u.exe.

System Requirements: WinNT / Win2K / WinXP (an older version is available without unicode that can run on earlier versions of windows)
Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.
