Please correct me if I'm wrong, but, AFAIS, there won't be 64 bit support for JauntePE. The reasons are:
1. madHook.dll does not support it currently
2. madHook.dll is now shareware.
Are there any future plans to implement the support of 64 bit architecture?

You are correct on both counts. I think I did see madshi mention that he was rewriting, or had rewritten, madCHook in C++ to get 64 bit support.
I'll be parking the sources with Firewrath just in case a seasoned Windows dev comes along and is willing to pick up the project. So it could happen sometime in the future.
