Does JPE wrappers run under Win9X/NT?

@readllar, I know you have put a message in JPE EXEs saying they shouldn't be run on anything less than Win2K, but technically, do they run under Win9X/NT? Because madhook works under Win9X/NT, right?

No. There's some 2K+ only code sprinkled around in the exes and there's some NT-only code in the jpe dll. It's not much. I just haven't found the time to deal with it. Maybe with 020 since some of that code will be changed anyway.
