Seems portable but not thoroughly tested yet.

I spent some time trying to learn UML a while back -- this program would have been really useful back then. Also, clearly has many of the elements necessary to make just a regular diagram - would love to see this adapted to work in place of Dia http://www.portablefreeware.com/index.php?id=1325.
