Powerdesk File Manager (free edition)

Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

Download the software http://www.v-com.com/product/PowerDesk_free.html
After install the program (unmarck all the options). Copy the directory to your pen.

Until now works fine.
