Many requests to support defines, so added. Total GUI redo.
Fixed some error codes not being found.
Yes, I removed the notes but if you request it back, I will add it.

You don't have to select the type anymore, WELT will figure it out automagically.

Total defines supported:

• Win32: 2,527
  NTSTATUS: 1,730
  HRESULT: 1,767
  STOP: 318

You can now search for define or error code formatted: signed or unsigned dec or hex 0x########
