I've just been testing SAR out for a new project - it's excellent. OK, its shareware but considering how it stands up so well against the competition (e.g. the famously expensive Genuine Fractals etc) at USD $25, it's free. It seems as if SAR started out as a PHD project, comparing the effectiveness of various forms of interpolation.SAR Image Processor is a image editing program for the PC. Most people will want SAR for its enlargement capabilities ... The unregistered program has disabled file saving and printing, but is, otherwise, fully functional. Once the correct registration code is entered, file saving and printing will be enabled.
Rather geeky UI but superb results. Highly recommended for any serious photographers / graphic artists out there.
