Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.
It doesn't seem to write anything to the registry.
But you I run StreamGet.exe, it keeps complaining that "Schedule service is not registered". I don't pretend I understand how the program works, so I am not sure whether this impacts its functionality.
