Yeah anniversary update requires some new graphic drivers. Had to update my nvidia one from windows update only driver when it launched. Nvidia released a newer stable one a few days ago though. I had some crashes on the older drivers before that. No BSOD's however.
If you have driver update problems you can try disabling WU from updating drivers via reg tweak.
Windows Update MiniTool will let you select the driver and hide it preventing WU from automatically downloading. You can also disable or set updates to notification mode without having to go through group policy.

The official wushowhide.diagcab tool would let you hide the driver update too.

Win 10 v1607 also seems to have tweaked driver rollback. It pops up a little survey asking why you want to rollback and then when you do it would temporarily stop trying to update that device from WU until there's another newer driver for it on WU.
