Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

This app is like a simpler, prettier, less-cluttered (and less powerful) version of ToDoList: http://www.portablefreeware.com/?id=816
Haller just released a portableapps.com version today, and I decided to see if it was natively portable.:D

EDIT:With its Python requirements, TaskCoach takes up 20MB, compared to ToDoList's 2MB, and there's just as much difference in their RAM usage. :oops:
I suppose some people might think the simpler UI is worth the resource hit...

Synopsis: Task Coach is a simple open source todo manager to manage personal tasks and todo lists. It grew out of frustration that well-known task managers do not provide facilities for composite tasks. Often, tasks and other things todo consist of several activities. Task Coach is designed to deal with composite tasks.

How to extract: Download the installer and extract to a folder of your choice. The application files are located in the {app} folder. Rename "TaskCoach,1.exe" to "TaskCoach.exe". On first run, Select Edit -> Preferences, go to the "Files" tab, and check the box next to "Save settings (TaskCoach.ini) in the same directory as the program"

I'm pretty sure the portableapps version is in fact fully portable:
