All file I/O is restricted to the encrypted container file (default location: C:\Users\[username]\COBSTORE256.DAT)
No settings are written anywhere else.

Perhaps you could provide the instructions to run it portable e.g. not writing to C:\Users\[username]\... but to the folder where the application resides in.
