Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

- FYI, it's called Brazilian Portuguese (pt_BR), as opposed to Iberian Portuguese (pt_PT, i.e. from Portugal) . E.g., it underlines the similar distinction that exists between en_US and en_GB... same language, different usage.
