NetView

Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

Looks like an impressive network tool with some nice automation/scripting elements:

Steps:
  1. Install to the default folder
  2. Copy the NetView folder from C:\Program Files\KillSoft to a location of your choice
  3. Via the start menu, go to the program entry and choose uninstall (the program won't show up in the control panel)
  4. Copy the files NetView.ini and Plugins.ini from C:\Users\USER\AppData\Roaming\NetView
  5. Launch Netview.exe
Status: Portable, writes to the NetView.ini and Plugins.ini files. Stealth: probably, but there were some registry entries that I'm not 100% about
