citrio - Chrome-based browser

Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

Definitely like the integrated video downloader and torrent client, but Softpedia is listing this as adware: http://www.softpedia.com/get/Internet/B ... trio.shtml and they have an unfriendly terms of service:

"You may not try to derive source code, unless authorized. Using the Service you agree to comply with any local laws, regulating the use of the Software." http://www.citrio.com/about/terms

So yeah, it might have open components but they very much want to go private and commercial with this.
