Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.
Really like Anuran -- tiny and straight to the point.
Notwithstanding, here's an improvements wishlist:
Make the popup resizable (it looks really small at higher resolutions)
Make popup timer fully optional
Add Help to Anuran tray right click menu
Move AnuVu search field to top of display box (avoid longer search strings from getting obscured)
Don't add spaces to entries text or make indentation optional (Markdown user here)
Inversely, separate time stamp from log entry with an empty line
Make time stamp format fully configurable (it's always in brackets currently)
Make URLs and email addresses active in AnuVu
Make gridlines optional in AnuVu listview
Make 'notepad.exe' full path requirement optional
Make 'current.anu' file and 'archive' dir locations user configurable (allow relative paths)
Make spawning of 'res' dir for update checking optional
Simplenote/Pastebin integration
