Z-WAMP (portable WAMP server stack)

Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

I haven't got much to add to Z-WAMP website blurb below, apart from the fact that it is available for 32 and 64 bits Windows and that I haven't tested its portability.

The 64 bit version is 38.7 megs compressed. They don't appear to have an x86 version of the 2.2.1 release.
