Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.
FreeText is a simple and easy-to-use notebook for making notes, keeping to-do lists, storing information on accounts and contacts, etc. It can be helpful when you need to save a link, interesting citation, phone number or to simply insert text from a clipboard for a short time.
* Ability to export to standard formats. This MIGHT work with Mext (not portable) to export to HTML or similar formats, but I couldn't tell. Right now it looks like an odd XML/RTF document format that only works with freetext. You can copy individual images and save them to other sources (I tested this with LibreOffice) but copy anything else and you just get a code output.
