Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

As I don't speak Japanese, I'm struggling to grasp Desktopper utility (unless it serves to make humongous screenshots, that is... :mrgreen:).

It got your attention though :lol:

The application is also in English (but not the documentation). I should have some time free tomorrow to create a quick screencast. Stay tuned.

Old thread update: Development on this appears to have stalled but here's the English translation of the Japanese page. I think this was supposed to be a new tweak on the old active desktop function where your desktop was just a webpage.
