Follow up on a recent query in the comments section

Here is a BinText screenshot of TurnedOnTimesView.exe (latest version available from Nirsoft site, as of JUL-29-2013)

Make sure to select a 3-char minimum string size in BinText "Filter" option tab.
@file offset position "172C0", the actual version # is revealed, For Your Eyes Only...

Post-mortem:

Nir presumably forgot to update the *.exe internal FileVersion and ProductVersion values from 1.05 to 1.06.

The readme.txt file and the *.chm file included in the current zip package both correctly list file version as v1.06.
